Return Policy

At Foreign Fare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Process:

  • Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via the form on our website or info@foreignfare.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Packaging: Place the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure, protective package. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation along with the RA number.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records.

Processing and Refunds:

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines.
  • Refund: If the items are approved, we will process your refund within 3 - 5 business days from the date we receive the package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our customer support. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please note that Foreign Fare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy. Any item that is returned without an RA number or fails to meet the return policy guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.
